- · A soft background sound (brown noise, rain or a drone) plays underneath at low volume.
- · Use headphones or a speaker. Set your volume before starting — the voice should be just loud enough to follow comfortably.
- · Pause any time. Sessions are logged when you complete more than two minutes.
