Week 4 of 6 · Midway
Re-take the Khalfa
Week four is a measurement week. Re-take the Khalfa screen inside HushOS and compare to your starting score. A drop of five or more is meaningful. If your score is flat, slow down — the level may be too aggressive — and lean into the home environment work from weeks one and two.

Re-take the Khalfa
DailyOpen /hyperacusis/screen and take it again. Save the result. The HushOS overview shows your history.
Do today: Once, today.
Hold or step the ladder
DailyIf your score dropped, step up to week-4 ladder level. If it is flat or higher, stay at week-3 for another week — slower is fine.
Do today: Decision based on Khalfa change, then continue daily 45 min sessions.
One slightly louder environment
DailyA busier café. A high street at midday. A garden centre. One environment that is louder than what you have been doing, for fifteen minutes. Walk out before it becomes painful.
Do today: One slightly-louder environment, 15 minutes.
A flat or rising score is information, not failure. The most common mistake at week four is pushing harder. The right response is usually to go quieter and stay there for an extra week.
